Melissa's recipe
Baby carrots - 1 bag
Butter - 2 tablespoons (diced)
Brown sugar - 1/4 cup (packed)
Salt - Pinch
Ground pepper - Pinch
Place carrots in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a high simmer and cook 20-30 minutes.
Drain, reduce heat, and return to pan.
Stir in remaining ingredients, cook 3-5 minutes until it bubbles.
