Butter - 3 tablespoons
Eckrich Jalapeno & Cheddar Hardwood Smoke Sausage - 6 pack - chopped into quarter sized slices
Frozen Broccoli Florets - 1 steamer bag
Rice-A-Roni (4 cheese blend) - 2 boxes or 1 family sized box.
Water - 5 Cups
Cheddar cheese (shredded) - 1 1/2 cups
Add butter to a large pan and melt on the stove. Add sausage and cook until brown.
Steam bagged broccoli in microwave according to directions.
Add Rice-A-Roni to the mix, stir until brown and a little bit crispy. Wait to add the seasoning.
Add 5 cups of water to the mix and then add the seasoning packets from the Rice-A-Roni boxes.
Stir, turn heat to medium low and place lid on the pan. Wait for ~20 minutes.
Once rice is cooked, add the bag of steamed broccoli.
Add shredded cheddar cheese to the mix. Stir until cheese is melted.
