Maclaine's Recipe
Bananas - 5-6
Cool Whip - 1 8oz container
Nilla Cookies - 1 box
Cream Cheese - 1 8oz block (room tempature)
Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1 14oz Can
Vanilla Extract - 2 teaspoons
Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix - 1 5oz box
Whole Milk - 2 Cups
Soften Cream Cheese to room temperature.
In a large mixing bowl, make Instant Vanilla Pudding according to box instructions (this step uses the 2 cups of Whole Milk).
In a seperate bowl, use hand mixer to whip cream cheese until smooth. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk, Vanilla Extract, and container of Cool Whip. Mix by hand.
Place both mixed bowls into the fridge while prepping the next steps.
Line the bottom of a large dish or pan with half a box of Nilla Cookies.
Slice 2 to 3 bananas and layer on top of the Nilla Cookies.
Remove both bowls from the fridge. Combine them into one bowl by gently folding them together (do not whip or over mix).
Pour half the pudding/whip mixture over the first layer of cookies and bananas.
Add a second layer of Nilla cookes but save 5-10 cookies for crushed topping at the end.
Slice the rest of the bananas and layer on top the cookies.
Pour the remainder of the pudding/whip mixutre on the top.
Crush 5-10 cookies in the bag and sprinkle on top.
Place in fridge for a few hours to set up.
