Easy Deviled Eggs recipe
Eggs - 6 Large
Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 Teaspoon
Salt and Pepper - To taste
Paprika - Garnish
Hard-boil the eggs - Fill a medium pot with enough water to cover the eggs. Place eggs in the cold water and turn on the stove to a medium flame. When water begins to boil, start a 10 minute timer. When 10 minutes is up, move eggs immediately to a water and ice bath in a separate bowl and leave for approximately 5 minutes.
Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise. Removed yolk from egg halves and add them to a separate mixing bowl. Mix mayo, mustard, vinegar, and salt and pepper with the egg yolks. Stir mixture until smooth.
Use a spoon and add a portion of the deviled egg mixture to each egg half. Sprinkle paprika on top to garnish.
