Nancy Enders' Recipe
Butter - 2 sticks
Water - 1 cup
Cocoa Powder - 4 tablespoons
Sugar - 2 cups
Flour - 2 cups
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
Sour Cream - 1/2 cup
Eggs - 2 beaten
Butter - 1 stick
Confectioners' Sugar - 1 box
Cocoa - 4 tablespoons
Milk - 6 tablespoons
Vanilla - 1 teaspoon
Chopped nuts - 1 cup - Optional
Preheat oven to 375 and grease and flour a 9 x 13 x 2 pan.
In a pot combine butter, water, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil.
When it starts to boil, remove from heat and add sugar, flour, salt, baking soda, beaten eggs, and sour cream, and mix it.
Bake for 22 minutes, test with toothpick.

Spread over the cake while frosting mixture is warm.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
