Fran Yeager's recipe (one of Mike Enders' favorites)
Crescent rolls - 2 cans
Cream cheese - 2 8oz packs (softened)
Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon
Egg Yolks - 2 eggs
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Butter - half stick (melted)
Cinnamon - will be sprinkled on top
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla, egg yolks and sugar in a bowl.
Layer 1 pack of crescent rolls on the bottom of the pan, spread batter on top.
Layer the 2nd pack of crescent rolls on top the batter.
Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
Remove, let cool, and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
