Flour Tortillas - Wrap sized
Caesar Dressing
Lettuce
Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
Croutons
Grilled chicken (precooked purdue strips work great).
Cook chicken or used precooked chicken, cut in to small cubes or strips (Flavored purdue precooked strips are easy for this)
In a bowl, mix all ingredients at desired portions. Leave some Parmesan cheese for the crust.
Wrap all mixture into the tortilla (burrito style)
Place a non-stick pan on the stone and place a layer of shredded Parmesan. Turn on heat and let the cheese melt. When the cheese is melted, place the wrap directly on the cheese (preferably where the fold meets so the cheese holds it together). Leave in the pan until the Parmesans develops hard crust.
Repeat step 4 on the other side of the wrap.
Substitute V8 for the tomato juice if desired.
