Family Recipe (originated from Pat Clements)
Jumbo lump crabmeat - 1lb
Butter - 1/2 lb Softened
Cheesewhiz or 1 jar of Old English brand
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Garlic Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Seasoned Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
English muffins - 1 to 2 packs
Mix butter and cheese until well blended.
Add salts and mayonnaise.
Stir in crab meat.
Split the tops and bottoms of the English muffins and lay them out on a foil lined baking sheet.
Spread some of the mixture on the top of each half the English muffins and broil until light brown.
